7 Drops of Juniper
Dijon Chicken Pasta

Ingredients​​
- 
1 lb Chicken, boneless skinless tenders 
- 
2 cloves Garlic 
- 
2 Shallots 
- 
2 cups Spinach, fresh 
- 
2 tbsp Sun-dried tomatoes 
- 
2 tbsp Dijon mustard 
- 
2 tbsp Italian dressing 
- 
1 box Rigatoni pasta 
- 
1 Salt and pepper 
- 
1/4 cup Half and half

- 
Cook pasta per package instructions. 
- 
Heat up a pan on medium-high, and add in some olive oil. 
- 
Dice up your chicken and season well with salt and pepper. Add in the pan to brown. 
- 
Chop your shallots and garlic and add them to the pan when the chicken is almost cooked through. Cook together for 3 minutes. Be careful not to let the garlic burn. 
- 
Lower heat to medium-low and add in your sun-dried tomatoes, spinach, cream, mustard, and dressing. Stir together. 
- 
Strain pasta and add into the pan. Toss together and serve.
